Playing with Light
Redhouse Barn, in Stoke Prior, has one of the perfect gardens for photoshoots with a beautiful pond (different to the one pictured) and wonderfully kept flowers and greenery. During a wedding last year, they were kind enough to offer some sparklers for a few long exposure shots. With the light from the barn shining through the trees, I captured this beautiful shot. The secret to it, is asking one of the Groomsmen to run around with the sparkler, without falling in the pond...

The most important member of the family
Some photographs are incomplete without the furry family member and their adorable matching bow tie. #weddingdog #pup #puppy #dog #pet

Laughter
Whether it's an engagement shoot or a family photoshoot on a Wedding day, I always like to throw in a few interesting poses to get everyone's minds off the thought of being photographed. During the family photoshoot at a wedding last year, the wedding party tried a few opposite poses, for example; after the Groom and Groomsmen had held the Bride, it was the Bride and Bridesmaids turn to hold the Groom. The photos started out great and then became even better with laughter. Th

Pittville Pump Room
One of my favourite things about Wedding Photography is being able to capture memories in stunning locations. This image was taken last year at a wedding at the Pittville Pump Room in Cheltenham. #venue #weddingvenue #pittvillepumproom #cheltenham

Groom Preparations
Preparations before the wedding ceremony don't have to be stressful, it's all in the frame of mind. It's a happy day, why not start it with some fun and silly poses. #groom #preparations

Preparing for Rain on your Wedding Day
We all know the weather in England is anything but predictable, even in the Summer months. Whilst shooting a wedding in August last year, the clouds covered the sky, offering rain during the family photoshoot. Thankfully, it didn't even phase the Bride and Groom who were prepared with a set of white umbrellas, showing that if it does rain it doesn't have to stop you enjoying your beautiful wedding day. #wedding #day #rain

Explore
There's nothing better than spending a sunny Spring day exploring hidden beaches and coastal Cornish villages. Don't get me wrong, I love visiting different countries but wherever I go I can still return to Cornwall and be amazed at the views it has to offer. #travel #holiday #coast #cornwall #boscastle

Easter Walks
After a few days off over Easter, we climbed a small part of the Malverns to work off the Easter eggs! I always love taking my camera on the Malverns, it offers so many different shades of green with dramatic hills which contrast to surrounding flat land. It's also nice to capture some images for friends whilst out for the day, even away from photography work, I still enjoy picking up a camera and shooting. #couple #love #weddingphotographer

Countryside Views
There is nothing better than waking up to this view after a wedding. Taken at my brother Matt and Abby's wedding back in 2015. The whole day was beautiful, set in a perfect location of Wethele Manor just outside Leamington Spa. #wedding #weddingphotographer #wethelemanor #leamingtonspa

Subtle Colours
Spring weddings can be beautiful, with blossoming trees and lighter evenings. However, sometimes you still get the colder Winter temperatures. A bride last year sported this beautiful jacket/stole that fitted in perfectly with the elegant colour scheme of the wedding. #wedding #bridal #bride #stole #jacket
